"The New Mr. Vegas" George Wallace gives away a Smart Car
LAS VEGAS March 9, 2010 Comedian George Wallace is known for giving away prizes at his show, but he is now going above and beyond by giving away a Smart Car. The Smart Car will be awarded to one lucky winner chosen at random on April 1, 2010 at 11:15 p.m. during Wallace's "I Be Thinkin'" show.
Fans can participate in the Smart Car giveaway by filling out an entry form at the Flamingo Showroom directly after seeing George Wallace's show. In addition, those who purchase tickets to the show on VegasOnDemand.com will be automatically entered to win the Smart Car. The winner does not have to be present at the drawing in order to claim the car. Only one entry per guest and entrants must be 18 years or older.
"I'm so excited to be giving away this Smart Car! I love to give back to the community and this is just another way to let my fans know that I love them and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it!" said Wallace. "I also want people to enter their names just so I can call them in the middle of the night, wake them up and inform them that they did NOT win the car!" The Flamingo headliner will be calling unsuspecting entrants prior to the April 1 drawing doing just that. These calls will be recorded and posted on Wallace's Web site and Facebook page during the next three weeks.
